Concealed Carry Course (CCW)

Our concealed carry course is open to Nevada residents and Nevada non-residents. Our CCW class is approved by the Nevada Sheriffs’ & Chiefs’ Association and fulfills the Firearms Safety Course requirement to apply for your Nevada Concealed Firearms Permit.

Nevada CCW Full Class-$100 ($80 First Responder) 8am-5pm (1hr Lunch)

Nevada CCW Renewal-$50 1pm-5pm

Group Classes-$120 minimum 5 students

Private Training-$150

What to Expect During Your CCW Class

The classroom portion of this course focuses on handling firearms safely, the differences, advantages, and disadvantages of different firearms, Nevada firearm and use of force laws, as well as Federal firearm and use of force laws. We will cover common CCW scenarios, the defensive mindset, and examples of use of force situations and their outcomes. There will be practical application throughout the class.

The range portion will include basic firearm and shooting fundamentals. Finishing up with the live-fire qualification.

You are encouraged to bring your own firearm and ammunition (except steel core). If you do not own a firearm you can rent one from us (must purchase our ammo). Ammunition is also available for sale.

Qualification will consist of 30 round course (25 rounds if using a 5 shot capacity pistol). Student must achieve a minimum qualifying score of 70%.

Course of Fire:

3 yards 6 rounds

5 yards 12 rounds

7 yards 12 rounds

What to Bring to Class 

  • Valid Photo Identification (The name on the ID must match the name used for registration)
  • Handgun (Available for rent-must use our ammo. Ownership highly encouraged)
  • At least 50 rounds of ammunition (Additional ammo recommended for additional drills. No steel core ammo, ammo available for sale)
  • Eye & Ear Protection (Available for rent. Ownership highly encouraged)
  • Water
  • Optional-snacks, lunch
